James brings 10+ years of experience of investment appraisal in the public sector across a wide variety of clients and domains. As a Director in Capgemini’s Public Sector practice and leading the Public Sector Business Case proposition, he works alongside clients to develop business cases for data and technology investments, delivery model transformations and much more.
